20 March 2023 – Please join the U.S. Department of State for an official sub-cabinet level event co-sponsored with USAID for the second Summit for Democracy (S4D2). The virtual event is centered around the Global Declaration of Mayors for Democracy and will showcase the role of cities and subnational governments in the affirmation of democratic values and renewal of democracy worldwide.
The event will be moderated by Ambassador Nina Hachigian, Special Representative for City and State Diplomacy, U.S. Department of State.
