Visa

GPM Summit participants must contact the nearest Embassy or Consulate of Republic of Poland for information about obtaining a visa, if required. When applying for a visa, it is advised to apply for a Schengen visa. Detailed requirements for the application can be found on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland. For more information on the rules for submitting visa applications, please visit the websites of the relevant embassies or consulates. Applications should be sent as early as possible as the processing time may vary according to individual circumstances and requirements. If needed, the GPM will provide personalized invitation letters to mayors that have registered for the Summit to include in their visa application. Please contact gpm@denhaag.nl to request for a personal invitation letter.
