The Monrovia City Corporation has engaged a steering committee that includes all relevant security agents for the Global Parliament of Mayors (GPM) Summit in 2023.  For each aspect of the GPM Summit, a risk management plan will be developed. Additionally, all venues will be evaluated by the relevant security agencies (number of entrances, exit plans, event protocols, etc.). 

Prior to the team submitting final venues to the Hague, each venue must be evaluated and risk assessments completed.
