20 June 2022 – The GPM extends a warm welcome to mayor Bilubi Ulengabo Méschac, of Bukavu, Democratic Republic of Congo, who recently joined our organization!
The city of Bukavu is the capital of the South Kivu Province, located in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Mayor Méschac is excited to interact with other cities of the world, exchange experiences, and learn from other advanced cities in different domains. We are looking forward to working with Mayor Méschac and the town of Bukavu.
